Missing Newark Dementia Patient Found Unharmed UPDATE: The missing woman has been found unharmed. Police in Newark are seeking the public's help locating a woman with dementia, they said. Maria Martins, 68, was reported missing Tuesday, May 10, Newark Public Safety Director Brian A. O’Hara said. She was last seen walking west on Chestnut Street from Seabra’s Supermarket in Newark. She is described as 5’2” tall and 130 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. She speaks Portuguese and does not speak English. Newark Police Seek Missing Man With Alzheimer's, 97 Authorities in Newark are seeking the public's help locating a 97-year-old man with Alzheimer's. Albano Paiva, who uses a walker, was last seen at 11 a.m. on Nov. 28, at  Seabras Supermarket on Lafayette Street, Newark Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose said. He was wearing a brown sweatshirt, blue sweatpants and dark green tennis shoes.
