Street Closures Thursday In Newark For Blue Mass A number of streets in the area of the Cathedral Basilica of the Sacred Heart in Newark will be closed Thursday morning for the annual Blue Mass, which is celebrated in honor of law enforcement and others who work in public safety.  The Newark Police Division said the following streets will be closed from 8 a.m. to noon Thursday:  Clifton Avenue between Park Avenue and 7th Avenue Ridge Street between Victoria Avenue and Park Avenue Victoria Avenue between Mt.
