Men, One's Mom Charged After Failed Jersey City Home Invasion: Police Two men and one of their moms are facing a slew of charges after a failed attempt at an armed home invasion in Jersey City, authorities said. Earl Austin and Loena Maynard, both 31, went into a home on New Heckman Drive holding a handgun asking for money around 10:10 p.m. on Monday, March 13, police said. When confronted by one of the residents, they fled. Second Person Killed In Jersey City Since Saturday The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office is investigating the fatal shooting of a 21-year-old Jersey City man Tuesday night.  Markell Albright had been shot multiple times and was unresponsive when police responding to a report of gunfire found him around 8:20 p.m. near 125 Wilkinson Ave. He was pronounced dead at Jersey City Medical Center about a half-hour later. Authorities Identify Man Killed In Jersey City Saturday The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office are looking for suspects in a multiple shooting early Saturday that left two wounded and a man dead in Jersey City.  Jersey City police were called to New Heckman Drive near the Bayonne border around 12:45 a.m. on a report of shots fired.  They learned that a 19-year-old Jersey City man, Jordan Herron, had been taken to Bayonne Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the chest.
