Armed Bayonne Carjacker Nabbed 14 Months Later: Hoboken PD A 20-year-old Bayonne man was arrested and charged with a carjacking and shooting that occurred nearly 14 months ago in Hoboken, authorities said. On March 28, 2022, Jaliyl Johnson approached a car in a parking lot on Marshall Drive, pulled out a gun and pointed it at the victim's head, police said.  The victim ran from the car and Johnson fired a shot at him, but missed, police said. Johnson and a juvenile fled the scene in the victim's stolen vehicle, police said. The juvenile had turned himself in a few days after the incident and was charged with carjacking and unlawful possession…
