Motorcyclist Killed In Crash Was Fleeing Off-Duty NJ Trooper At More Than 100 MPH, AG Says A 24-year-old motorcyclist was being pursued by an off-duty State Police trooper in an unmarked car at more than 100 miles an hour when he was killed in a late-afternoon collision in Burlington County, New Jersey Attorney General Matthew J. The website considered areas with a population of at least 25,000, and removed any places with a median income level lower than 85 percent of its state's median, little to no ethic diversity and more than double the national crime risk.
