Christian Lisaldes Perez, 23, of Newark, was shot on First Avenue in and pronounced dead at the scene just before 3:20 p.m. Sunday, April 10, Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II said.
The other two men, both in their early 30s, were transported to Morristown Medical Center. One was in critical condition and the other in stable condition as of Monday.
No arrests had been made as of Monday afternoon.
