The Essex County Prosecutor's Office is investigating after a 28-year-old Irvington man was found dead in his apartment last week.

The body of Tuason R. Wise was discovered in his apartment in the 100 block of Carolina Avenue early Thursday morning. He had been shot, authorities said.
