Authorities: Ramapo High School Threats Unfounded, Police File Delinquency Complaints An alleged threat at a Bergen County high school proved unfounded, authorities said. Franklin Lakes police said Friday that they consulted with the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office and filed delinquency complaints in connection with the alleged threats against classmates last week at Ramapo High School. The "multiple charges" against the underage teen will be heard behind closed doors by a judge in the Family Part of Superior Court in Hackensack.
