Wayne PD: 'Agitated' Hummer Driver Carrying Loaded Gun, Ammo WAYNE, N.J. -- An anxious Hummer driver in a Route 46 hotel parking lot was carrying a loaded gun, said police who arrested him. Nicholas Saykaly, a 34-year-old construction worker from Manchester, NH, was in the vehicle at the Ramada Inn on the highway’s eastbound side when he drew the attention of Officers Mark Ciavirella and Ryan Vallaro as they conducted safety and security checks along the highway's business corridor just before 10:30 p.m. Saturday, Detective Capt.
