Saul Sanchez-Hernandez, 44, was being held on $402,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail.
After learning of what were several alleged incidents, the boy’s aunt alerted Englewood police, who contacted the Special Victim’s Unit of Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli’s office, the prosecutor said early this afternoon.
Together, both agencies investigated, he said.
They arrested Sanchez-Hernandez yesterday, charging him with three counts of aggravated sexual assault, two of sexual assault and one each of criminal sexual contact and child endangerment, Molinelli said.
