ENGLEWOOD, N.J. -- Herbert Hoover Williamson, a lifelong resident of Englewood, died Saturday, Feb. 20. He was 87.
He worked as a chauffeur before being hired at Lever Brothers Company (Unilever) in Edgewater. He worked for the company for over 40 years, retiring in 1993.
He is survived by his wife, Mabel Clark Williamson; his children, Myrna Taylor of Englewood and Phillip (Maricelda) Williamson of Fair Lawn; his grandchildren, Stacey (David), Thomas, Phillip II, Jazmin, and Alexa; and his great-grandchildren, Andre, David, Jewel and Angel.
