Man Beat Two Women He Held Hostage In Atlantic City: Cops An Atlantic City man was arrested after police say he held two women hostage and beat them inside a home on New Year's Day. Justin Williams, 39, is facing a dozen charges. They include multiple counts of robbery, aggravated assault, and terroristic threats. Officers first arrived at a home on North Georgia Avenue just after 9 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 31. They responded to a report of two women held hostage and assaulted by a man they knew.
