Pearl River Drug Dealer Nabbed With 2 Kilos Of Cocaine By Drug Task Force, Police Say
An alleged Hudson Valley drug dealer was nabbed with two kilos of cocaine and heroin during a bust by an area Drug Task Force.
Rockland County resident Darryl Wright, age 41, of Pearl River, was charged on Thursday, Oct. 24, with criminal possession of a controlled substance, said Rockland County District Attorney Thomas Walsh.
According to Walsh, the bust came following a six-month investigation into narcotics sales in the Town of Orangetown.

Lake Katrine Teen Runaway Nabbed For Stealing Cars, Burglary, Theft, Police Say
A 16-year-old runaway in the region has been nabbed for allegedly stealing two vehicles, burglary, and theft.
The arrest occurred in Ulster County on Tuesday, Oct. 22, in the town of Lloyd.
According to Lloyd Police Chief James Janso, the Lake Katrine teen was charged after a month-long investigation found the boy allegedly stole two vehicles, entered a residence, stole a cell phone and iPad, and took alcohol from a convenience store in Highland.

Monroe Business Admits To $2.1 Million Medicaid Fraud, AG Says
A Hudson Valley business and three employees admitted stealing more than $2.1 million from Medicaid by submitting fake claims for service.
New York Attorney General Letitia James announced Tuesday, Oct. 22, that the Orange County owners of DYD Universe, a New York Medicaid-enrolled transportation company, have pleaded guilty for their roles in a scheme that stole more than $2.1 million from Medicaid and paid illegal kickbacks to Medicaid recipients.
