An MBA fellow at Rowan University has designed an app to enhance the security of students at the Glassboro campus. Siena Rampulla was a victim of an off-campus break-in in March 2022, as reported by Daily Voice. Jorge L. Navaheredia, 29, of Sicklerville, had broken into several women's homes including Rampulla's, according to Glassboro police. He was caught hiding under a kitchen sink with panties, police said. New details have been released by the Frederick County Sheriff's Office after a woman's body was found dead inside the cab of a tractor-trailer over the weekend. Investigators say that Candice Thompson, 46, has been identified as the victim who was found inside Matthew Sidney Watley's truck after he was busted for allegedly getting behind the wheel while he was intoxicated. A horse was killed and its 14-year-old rider hurt in a hit-and-run crash in Gloucester County, authorities said.
