Look Inside NJ's First Eataly: Sprawling Store, Restaurant Open At High-End Mall
Eataly is now open in the Garden State.
The Italian marketplace opened its first New Jersey location at The Mall at Short Hills on Wednesday, Nov. 13. The 17,000 square foot store aim to give patrons a taste of the "authentic Italian lifestyle," according to a release.
Eataly Short Hills features a 230-seat restaurant and bar, Eataly Ristorante, which offers traditional antipasti, pasta dishes, Pizza Napoletana, and main courses like chicken Milanese, alongside an extensive wine list.

A Franklin Lakes family has donated its trove of more than 12,300 antique paper Valentines to the Huntington Library, Art Collections, and Botanical Gardens.
The display features greeting cards, sentimental notes, folk art drawings, and other tokens of affection that trace the evolution of romantic and religious keepsakes made in Europe and North America from 1684 to 1970.
Nancy and Henry Rosin of Franklin Lakes had given the collection to their son, Bob. He and his wife, Belle, donated it to The Huntington for safekeeping, according to a press release.
