Four people have been charged with offering sexual favors at nine different massage parlors and spas across North Jersey and New York, federal officials said.
Zhejun Piao, 37, a Chinese national, Miyeon Choi, 37, a South Korean national, Shangxian Cui, 36, Chinese national, and Meixiang Jin, 34, of Palisades Park, New Jersey, are charged by complaint with one count of conspiracy to commit interstate travel or transportation in aid of a racketeering enterprise., U.S. Attorney Philip R. Police responded to 221 calls for service, 28 medical calls, 8 motor vehicle summonses and ordered three city ordinances during Hoboken's Santa Con, they said Tuesday.
The annual event returned with vaccine requirements on Saturday, but that didn't stop people from letting loose.

Bergen Prosecutor: Westchester Couple Busted Selling Ecstasy To Undercover Detectives
A Westchester couple sold Ecstasy to undercover Bergen County prosecutor’s detectives who busted them, authorities said Friday.
Daniel Velasquez, a 32-year-old furniture distribution supervisor, and Kayla Grace Raffaele, 18, both of New Rochelle, became targets in June after detectives received a tip, Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Dennis Calo said.
On July 25, Velasquez sold 25 Ecstasy pills to an undercover investigator in Paramus, Calo said. Five days later, Raffaele – accompanied by Velasquez -- sold 70 more in Hackensack, the prosecutor said.

Decapitated Goat Found In Container Off Route 80 In Elmwood Park
ELMWOOD PARK, N.J. -- A headless goat carcass, most likely part of a ritual sacrifice, was found in a container Monday night alongside railroad tracks in Elmwood Park.
Authorities treated the hard-plastic bin found on Linden Avenue, just off eastbound Route 80, as a suspicious package.
Not only was the animal slaughtered: The carcass, under state law, was improperly disposed.
