On Wednesday, Feb. 5, at approximately 3:40 p.m., Ridgefield Fire Lt. Matthew Bonaguaro was on his way home from work when he came upon a motor vehicle accident on Grand Avenue involving two cars, the fire department said. Bonaguaro noticed Ridgefield Police Officer Faith Karabiyik assisting an unresponsive man who had been pulled from one of the vehicles.
