Mahwah police have announced the arrest of a man who threw a rock at multiple moving vehicles, shattering and cracking windshields this week. John Yager III, 50, allegedly threw the rock at moving vehicles along Franklin Turnpike, East Ramapo Avenue, and Island Road over the past several months, Mahwah Police Capt. Guido Bussinelli said.
