Julie Ferrauiola, of Haworth, has been charged with DUI, DUI through a school crossing with children present, and use of a handheld phone, and traffic on marked lanes in connection with the E. Newly released bodycam footage shows a July 2024 arrest of a DUI driver with a history of traffic offenses who fled the scene of a crash in Monmouth County. A Woodstown man reportedly admitted to having about a half-dozen beers before the crash that killed Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau, arrest records said. Sean Higgins, 43, was facing several charges including two counts of assault by auto, according to court records.
