Cause of Death Revealed For 3 American Tourists Found Dead In Belize Resort: Report Authorities in Belize have determined the cause of death for three Massachusetts women who were found dead inside a luxury hotel earlier this month. An autopsy revealed blood in the women's lungs, CBS Boston reported. Police are still investigating what led up to their deaths.
