Bergen County Man, 50, Assaulted Child Under 16: Prosecutor A 50-year-old Bergen County man has been charged with assaulting a child under the age of 16 years old, authorities said. Chen Chu "Teddy" Koo, of Tenafly, was investigated by the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office following a tip from the NJ Division of Child Protection and Permanency that came in on Monday, Sept. 30, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said. Koo was arrested that day and charged with second-degree endangering the welfare of a child and fourth-degree child abuse.
