DVLovers: Lyndhurst Couple Share Secret To 'Sweet 16' Years Of Marriage
LYNDHURST, N.J. — It only only four months for Damaris and Andrys Lopez to tie the knot. Sixteen years later, they haven't looked back. "It just felt right and it has never stopped feeling right," Damaris, 40, told Daily Voice. Andrys, 43, and Damaris both hail from the Dominican Republic. Recently, they opened "Andris King Cuban Sandwich" on Stuyvesant Avenue in Lyndhurst. NORTH ARLINGTON, N.J. — The borough of North Arlington has reached an agreement with a local income tax preparer to offer tax services to seniors for a minimal fee at the North Arlington Senior Center on March 28, 31, and April 2 and 7. Bob Tarantino will prepare Income Tax Returns and Property Tax Rebate forms for qualified seniors at no charge, except for the $10 e-file fee. CRESSKILL, N.J. — "School of Rock" moved its Tenafly location to a newer, larger facility about one mile away in Cresskill. The new facility at 50 Piermont Road, formerly a dance studio, features a large rehearsal and practice room. TEANECK, N.J. — A developer wants to build a multi-family housing complex at 100 State Street in Teaneck but needs a variance for a parking deck. CLOSTER, N.J. — An Englewood Cliffs ownership group will open two "CycleBar" franchises in Fort Lee this summer and Closter in the fall.
