The Dulligan Family opened on Feb. 5, 2006 on E. Madison Ave., and has long served as a gathering place for people in the community.
"A family of people from all walks of life was born, a truly amazing experience" the family said on the restaurant's website.
"Like all families, sometimes one or the other needs to move on, that time is now for the Dulligan's."
