New York's Largest Running Club Trains In Palisades Park

PALISADES PARK, N.J. -- The New York Flyers will hold a long training run in Palisades Park on Sunday, Jan. 10.

The run will begin in New York on the East Side of Fort Washington Avenue just north of West 179th Street outside the George Washington Bridge Bus Station.

The run will cross the bridge into Palisades Park and along the Hudson River.

A baggage check, fluid station and post-run brunch will be available.

The run is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m.
