Bogota man, 56, charged with inappropriately touching girl, 13

YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: A 56-year-old Bogota man was arrested today after a 13-year-old girl said he inappropriately touched her.

Owen T. James was being held on $50,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail, cahrged with criminal sexual contact (a third-degree crime) and child endangerment.
