SEAK -- or South East Asian Kitchen -- located at 725 Edgewater Road #30 along the Hudson River, draws “inspiration from the floating markets of South East Asia,” and aims “to bring that same experience to Edgewater,” its website states.

“Serving garden-fresh inspired cuisine from Thailand and Vietnam, we adhere to a philosophy where we utilize only authentic and the best ingredients. Our main purpose is to provide our guest with a memorable dining experience,” it states.

The restaurant is serving lunch and dinner.
