Police ID College Student Killed In I-295 Crash Authorities have identified the 20-year-old driver killed in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 295 in Mercer County. Samuel Beale, of the Kenvil section of Roxbury, was driving a Nissan SUV northbound near milepost 60.6 in Hamilton shortly before 8 p.m. Sunday, April 14, when he veered off the highway to the left and struck a concrete bridge support and guardrail, New Jersey State Police said. Beale was pronounced dead at the scene, State Police said. Beale was a sophomore economics major at Rider University in Lawrenceville, according to his LinkedIn.com profile.

Hamilton Man, 23, Killed In Rollover Crash In Mercer County A 23-year-old man from Hamilton was killed when his car struck a boulder and rolled over in Princeton, authorities said.  The driver who was killed in the one-car crash was identified as Matt Leon. The crash occurred at 11:45 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 4 on Mercer Road near Quaker Road, Princeton police said. Leon was traveling south when he entered the shoulder of the road and struck the boulder and overturned, police said.
