Kareem Rex, 28, of Atlantic City, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault on Monday, July 31, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office. Dominic L. Escalera, 37, is accused of offering the trooper 150 ecstasy pills and providing the gun to assault or kill his ex-girlfriend, who had received a protection order Feb. 8 after alleging physical and verbal abuse, WFMZ reports citing Allentown police.
