US Marshals Help Arrest Fugitive Wanted For Murder In Virginia A fugitive wanted for his role in a Camden homicide has been captured in Virginia, authorities said. Michael Allen, 19, of Collingswood, was taken into custody by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force from Norfolk, VA,  Thursday at a residence in Newport News, Virginia, Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill Mayer and Camden County Police Chief Gabriel Rodriguez said. Andre Price, 33, of Willingboro has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder for fatally shooting the men inside their vehicle, according to Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina and Edgewater Park Township Police Chief Robert D.
