US Marshals Arrest Fugitive Wanted In Fatal Atlantic City Shooting A 48-year-old Atlantic City man has been charged in connection with a fatal shooting, authorities said. Kenneth Creek was arrested with the help of U.S. Marshals in connection with the murder of Jordan Eaddy, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office. On Aug. 25, 2022, at 12:06 a.m., the Atlantic City Police Department responded to a Shot Spotter Alert in the area of the 1300 Block of Baltic Avenue. Officers located a male gunshot victim. Central Jersey Man, 22, Arrested In Walmart Parking Lot Shooting A 22-year-old man from Monmouth County has been arrested in connection with a shooting in a Walmart parking lot, authorities said. Mark Ruffin, Jr., of Neptune Township, has been charged with first-degree attempted murder and weapons offenses, according to Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni.
