Amazon Opens Woodbridge Delivery Center Creating 300 New Jobs Amazon has opened a new delivery station in Avenel, creating more than 300 new local jobs, officials said. The 185,000 square-foot building on Paddock Street will be staffed by more than 300 full- and part-time associates, Amazon announced. In a separate announcement last week, the Seattle-based company said it plans to hire another 6,900 workers in New Jersey.
