20-Year-Old Reaching Dreams By Opening Upscale Brunch Spot In Central Jersey Tatum Menake's dream of owning a restaurant matched what she saw in Lincroft: a need for an upscale brunch spot. Menake said she's opening a breakfast and lunch restaurant called Tatum's Table.
