Double Murder-suicide: Three Dead In New Brunswick Stabbing Three people died in what police are calling a double murder-suicide in New Brunswick. Eduardo Mateo Lorenzo, 26, allegedly stabbed Gabriela De La Cruz Camero, 22, and Jesus Antonio-Salazar, 25, before taking his own life on Saturday, Oct. 21, around 11 p.m., Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone said. De La Cruz Camero was found with multiple stab wounds at Feaster Park, near Handy Street and Throop Avenue, Ciccone said alongside local police. She was taken to the hospital where she died. Male Critically Wounded In Central Jersey Morning Shooting One person was left critical following a shooting in Central Jersey Sunday, authorities said. The male was found with a gunshot wound around 10:20 a.m. near Remsen Avenue and Seaman Street in New Brunswick, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone said. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he remains in critical condition. Anyone with information or surveillance footage of the area is asked to call Detective Brandt Gregus of the New Brunswick Police Department at (732)745-5200 or Detective Ryan Tighe of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office at (732)745-4335.

Driver Shot, Killed In Central Jersey Authorities in Central Jersey confirmed a fatal shooting on Monday. Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Director Anthony A. Caputo of the New Brunswick Police Department said that at about 4:35 p.m. police responded to Handy Street and Paul Robeson Boulevard and found a man who was shot driving his vehicle.  He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead, Ciccone and Caputo said.  The victim's name has not been released, nor has a motive for the shooting.
