Seen HER? 15-Year-Old Girl Goes Missing In Camden The Camden County Police Department is looking for a missing 15-year-old from Camden. Serena Byrd has been reported missing from her residence on the 800 block of York Street in Camden.  She is described as 5’2”, 110 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants, and carrying a white purse with a gold chain.  She is known to frequent the Centerville, Cramer Hill and Ablett Village sections of Camden. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the CCPD tip line at (856) 757-7042.

Trenton Man, 21, Shot Dead In Camden A 21-year-old man from Trenton was fatally shot in Camden, authorities said. On Wednesday, June 28, at 11:07 p.m., Camden County Police Department Officers responded to Ablett Village for gunfire. Upon arrival, officers located Bryan Roberts, who was unresponsive and not breathing, according to Camden Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay. EMS arrived at the scene and Roberts was found to be dead, she said. The investigation is active and ongoing at this time. Suspected Camden Drug Dealer Indicted In Fatal Fentanyl Overdose, Burlington Prosecutor Says A 31-year-old alleged drug dealer from South Jersey has been indicted for causing the fatal overdose of a Burlington County woman, authorities said. A Burlington County Grand Jury returned the indictment against Tareese Brown of Ablett Village in Camden, according to Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina. Brown was arrested for allegedly selling a lethal mix of fentanyl-laced heroin and cocaine in 2019, Coffina said.
