Bergen County Man Charged In Fatal Morris County Overdose: Prosecutor Police have arrested a 34-year-old Bergen County man in connection with the deadly 2021 overdose of a woman at a Pequannock Township home. David Pezak, formerly of Saddle Brook, was charged with first-degree strict liability for drug-induced death, conspiracy to distribute, distribution of a controlled substance, and other drug offenses, Morris County Prosecutor Robert J. Maria Oliveri, of Riverdale, was heading north in the southbound lane in a Mitsubishi Mirage on Boulevard in Pequannock around 8:25 a.m. on June 11, Morris County Prosecutor Robert J. Carroll said. She struck 55-year-old Jill Altman Russo and 32-year-old female bicyclist, the prosecutor said. The Russo was pronounced dead at the scene and the cyclist suffered bodily injuries, authorities said. Pamela Hankin, of Boonton, was charged with aggravated arson, insurance fraud, endangerment, and animal cruelty, Morris County Prosecutor Robert J.
