BERGENFIELD, N.J. -- Rony Alvarado, the owner of Rony's Rockin' Grill seems to always have a smile on his face and that wide grin was on full display as he and waitress Lauren Kelly accepted the DVlicious certificate for "Best Fries in Bergen County."
