Arthur Lesbirel of Galloway was arrested on Monday and charged with aggravated manslaughter in connection to a boat crash that occurred on July 21, 2019, on the Intercoastal Water Way in Galloway Township, Shill said. Avery Bracey, 39, was sentenced to 50 years for felony murder, 18 years for attempted witness tampering, 17 years for first-degree robbery, four years for criminal restraint, 18 years for weapons offenses, eight years for aggravated assault and three years on drug charges.
