Accused Drug Dealer Sold Fatal Dose Of 'Counterfeit' Fentanyl Pills: Prosecutor A 19-year-old fugitive from Burlington County has been charged with causing the death of a teenager who fatally overdosed on fake prescription drugs that contained fentanyl, authorities said. Zachary DiBattista, of Cinnaminson Township, was charged with strict liability for a drug-induced death, they said.
