Possible Fatal Crash Reported On Jersey Shore (Developing) A possible fatal crash was being investigated on the Jersey Shore, according to developing and unconfirmed reports. The crash occurred before 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 29 at Whitesville and Ridgeway roads in Manchester, initial reports said. Manchester Det. Richard Jupinka was on-duty grabbing lunch at Café Napoli when he noticed the young girl was choking on July 14.  Realizing the girl's life was in danger, Jupinka went over the to girl's table as her uncle unsuccessfully attempted the Heimlich maneuver, police said. Craig Orler, 43 -- accused of running the ring that netted more than $100,000 -- had a warrant out for his arrest when he refused to pull over in a motor vehicle stop Wednesday, Manchester police said.
