Maxwell Azzarello, a conspiracy theorist who set himself ablaze outside of a Manhattan courthouse where former President Donald Trump's hush money trial was under way, appears to have ties to New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Man Sold THC Edibles Via Instagram To Kids Across Philly Area, DA Says
A 20-year-old Pennsylvania man is facing charges for using Instagram to sell THC edibles to children as young as 11 years old, authorities said. Quashon Rice was arrested after a raid of his Philadelphia home on Tuesday, June 14 turned up 40 bags of marijuana-laced edibles, 10 individually packaged bags of marijuana, a ghost gun, and drug-related materials, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Four teenagers have been charged with the kidnapping and gunpoint robbery of a man in the Philadelphia region, authorities said. The victim traveled to Sellersville to meet a friend, who was accompanied by another woman and two men on Saturday, April 2 around 9:25 a.m., Perkasie police said. The owner of a Philadelphia tax preparation business filed bogus returns for clients, a 29-count indictment returned by a federal grand jury charges. Eric Amaefuna, 65, of King of Prussia took a number of steps to defraud the IRS at American Financial Stewardship (AFS) in northeast Philadelphia from at least 2014 through 2016, the indictment says. A 53-year-old man who was on parole when he ran away from a halfway house was sentenced to 78 months in prison, three years of supervised release and ordered to pay more than $6,700 in restitution for a spree of bank robberies in Southeaster Pennsylvania last year, federal authorities said.
