Amy's Omelette House Replacing 25-Year-Old StarView Diner A third Amy's Omelette House is coming to South Jersey. The new diner is replacing the 25-year-old StarView Diner which closed on Wednesday, Jan. 3 along White Horse Pike in Somerdale, Camden County. StarView owner Stefanos Kitrinos is retiring, he said in a handwritten note announcing the closing date to would-be customers on the restaurant's front door. The Red Lion Diner, at 1753 Route 206 in Southampton Township, announced its closure on Sept. 9 in a Facebook post.
