Know HIM? Fugitive Sought In Atlantic City Shooting

Atlantic City police seek the public’s help in finding a man wanted for shooting another man in Atlantic City.

On Friday, March 10, at 7:27 a.m., Atlantic City patrol officers responded to the 3800 block of Ventnor Avenue for a ShotSpotter alert.

Officers found a 29-year-old male victim suffering from a gunshot wound. Evidence of gunfire was also located at the scene. The victim was taken by ambulance to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division, for treatment of injuries that are considered non-life threatening.

An investigation conducted by detectives of the Violent Crimes Unit and responding officers has identified Ayman H. Shiham as the suspect in the shooting.

Shiham, 21, of Atlantic City, is wanted for attempted murder, aggravated assault and weapons offenses.
