The man responsible for the double murder of a mother of four and the father of one of her children during a domestic dispute has been apprehended in Florida, authorities in Frederick County announced. The cause of death for former Pittsburgh Penguins player Konstantin Koltsov has been ruled suicide, police in Miami tell Daily Voice. Koltsov, who played for the Penguins from 2002 to 2006, is believed to have leapt to his death from a balcony of a resort in Miami, a spokesperson for the Miami-Dade Police Department said.
