Hyattsville resident John Quame De Love, 64, has been identified by investigators as the person killed in a crash involving Liluram Paudel, 34, who was reportedly driving east in the westbound lanes of the interstate. Police were called to the scene in the 1800 block of Reisterstown Road shortly after 10 p.m., Monday, Feb. 20 after receiving reports of a bicyclist who had been struck by a vehicle, according to a Baltimore County Police Department spokesperson.
