Police in Baltimore are seeking the public's assistance as they attempt to identify human remains found decomposing more than a year ago. Late in the afternoon of Sept. 5, 2023, officers were called to the back of the 800 block of North Fremont Avenue to probe reports of a dead body that was found in the area. Upon arrival, members of the Baltimore Police Department found the unidentified remains of a person who "appeared to have been (there) for some time." Police are investigating the deaths of a woman and baby found in a home in Baltimore Tuesday morning, Feb. 13. The 32-year-old woman was found dead in a home on the 1800 block of McCulloh Street with her one-year-old baby around 10:05 a.m., Baltimore Police Det. Vernon Davis told Daily Voice Wednesday.
