US Marshals Join Search For HS Student Wanted In Connection To Mall Murder Of MD Teen: Police Reinforcements are on the way as the US Marshals have joined the Howard County Police Department are they attempt to locate a fugitive who allegedly killed 17-year-old Angelo Little at the Mall in Columbia over the summer. Officers were called late in the afternoon on Saturday, July 27, where there was a reported shooting in the area of the food court with one person - later identified as Little - dead in the mall before the shooter fled the area.
