Teen Stabbed By Student At Maryland High School; Lockdown Lifted (Developing) One teen was stabbed by a female student during an altercation at Hammond High School in Columbia, prompting a lockdown at the building, police say. Shortly before 1 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 15, officers from the Hammond County Police Department responded to the high school, where there was a report of a 17-year-old boy who had been stabbed by a 15-year-old girl "who was known to the victim." The School Resource Officer assigned to the building responded immediately, according to police, and the teen victim was transported to Shock Trauma with injuries believed to be non-life-threatening. …
