It happened at the store on the 7500 block of Georgetown Road in Bethesda around 7:45 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 17, Montgomery County Police said. Rachel Cox, 16, died suddenly on Jan. 15  at St. Christopher’s Children’s Hospital, according to her obituary. A cause of death was not released.
