District Heights Man, 20, Charged With 2021 Landover Homicide: Police
A District Heights man has been arrested and charged with gunning down a DC man in Landover in 2021, authorities said.
Charlie Stevenson, 20, was arrested and charged with the first-degree murder of Anthony Forest, 34, Prince George's County Police said. He is currently being held without bail.
Police responded for a reported shooting in the 1900 block of Belle Haven Drive around 5:40 p.m. on October 22, 2021, police said.

Trio Arrested In String Of 20 MoCo Burglaries: Police
Three men have been arrested in a series of 20 commercial burglaries in the Silver Spring and Wheaton areas, according to police.
Kevon Neal, 32, of Washington DC, Jaron Anderson, 22 of District Heights, and Kevin Bing, 27, of Washington DC were arrested and charged for a series of burglaries and auto theft by the Montgomery County Police Department.
Detectives say the series of burglaries began on Dec. 17, 2021. In each case, detectives learned that the suspects would operate a black or dark-colored Jeep Cherokee displaying a stolen Maryland temporary license plate.

A 28-year-old man has been arrested in a 2019 killing, authorities in Prince George's County announced.
Troy Cleveland, Jr., of District Heights, is charged with shooting 46-year-old Sean Spence of Capitol Heights on Nov. 20, 2019, police said.
On November 20, 2019, at approximately 7:30 pm, patrol officers were called to the 5700 block of Rollins Lane where they found Spence outside with multiple gunshot wounds. He died a short time later.
