Joe Gomez has worked in news rooms all across the world.

He started as a radio news reporter at Newsradio 850 KOA in Denver shortly after leaving the University of Colorado at Boulder. Gomez then went on to work as a reporter in Seattle, Houston, Dallas and Washington DC, where he was a National Correspondent for NBC News Radio.

He has appeared on National Television in the US, the UK and in Pakistan as a reporter and commentator.

Blue III was found with multiple gunshot wounds on  the 1400 block of Walker Avenue around 2:45 p.m., Baltimore City Police said.  He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead. A GoFundMe account has been created to help the Blue family with funeral expenses. The crash happened on Jan. 21, at 6:51 p.m. along Route 17 north of Interstate 66 when a 2021 Jeep Wrangler traveling north on Route 17 crossed over and hit a 2017 Dodge Ram head-on, Virginia State Police said.
